The electrical Logging & Transport Long-Line stands for highest performance. It is proved in 2’000 h of transport without maintenance required! Its excellent aerodynamic characteristics avoid tail rotor contact in fast flights. Apart from lifting purposes, it also acts as protection for ground personnel from down wash and provides the necessary distance from obstacles. We recommend to add the Damper (VM-DP_50) between the Helicopter and the rope for shock absorbing reasons. The rope end is attached to the Cone Type 4500. In order to release a secondary cargo hook, a transmission cable (Helicopter side) for the electric impulse is needed (usually < 16 Amps /< 28 V).
